Faculty Senate 2005-06

Present: Rosetta Haynes (convener), Christopher Berchild, Kit Kincade, Fran Lattanzio, and David Vancil.

 

Meeting convened at 8:10 a.m.

 

Chris Berchild was elected chair by acclamation.

 

David Vancil volunteered to serve as acting secretary until Chris could poll individuals not at the organizational meeting to see if anyone is interested in serving as vice-chair/secretary.

 

The following two meetings were determined:

 

Place: Cordell Room, Library

Date: Wednesday, November 15, 2006

Time: 3:30 p.m.

Purpose: To discuss applications and proposals

 

Place: Cordell Room, Library

Date: Wednesday, December 6, 2006

Time: 3:30 p.m.

Purpose: To vote on proposals and to apportion funds

 

A spring meeting will be set at a later meeting.  This later meeting and any subsequent meetings will be used to address additional charges.

 

Meeting adjourned at 8:42 a.m.
