| Abstract: | It is the purpose of this study (1) to ascertain to what extent there exists compensation laws for occupational diseases in the several states
and by the Federal Government -- outlying territories excluded; (2) then, after having obtained such data, to study the provisions of the laws on all major topics with which compensation acts deal; and (3) to make comparisons to determine which are good and where improvements in general may be made. |
